NAPA Auto Parts

Went to other parts store and was sold the whole housing for water pump. Called NAPA and the manager sold us just the water pump, which is all we needed. Very knowledgeable.

My battery died literally right next door to Napa. They stated that they do not install batteries. No one would come to help. They don't have a code reader. I was stuck and on my own. Shame on them!!!!!!!! I called O'Reilly's right down the road. Brian said he will be right there with a code reader and a jump if needed! Thank you O'Reilly's!

As of August 2018, Sunday hours are 9 am to 1 PM. Please update your hours on here. We drove 40 miles to a closed store. Thanks for nothing.

Because on the internet it says they're open until seven and they don't know how to update anything..... And I have said something about it several times.....

One of the best places to go to for parts. Unfortunately there was no aftermarket part for the bushing I was looking for but the person at the counter was so kind as to find the part number for me so I could order it online. I wish I could have got it from them because that is what you call good customer service. I'll still go here of course for anything I can get in store.
