I just want to give recognition to one of the employees there by the name of Freddy. Although I did not end up purchasing anything. He was helpful and willing to go the extra mile for me. After I was stranded with a broken down rental with my family, he offered his personal vehicle to me, so that I may drive up to the next town to get the oil. I didn't end up using his car but the fact that he offered a complete stranger a his personal vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that he did that. Thanks Freddy, keep up the great work!

I tried to reattach a bent sway bar bracket in the parking lot and failed. They loaned me all the tools i needed but when i still couldnt get it, Freddy offered to take a look at his shop when he got off work. I waited for them to close and he had it bolted back down tightly within an hour. When asked what I owed, he responded with “give me whatever.” Real hero of Lone Pine auto repair.

Had to pop in here today on the back end of a trip to Horseshoe Meadows because my engine coolant light came on. The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful, I believe his name was Dave, but I could be wrong, help me pick out the right coolant and figure out where to put said coolant. Absolutely wonderful guy. So much thanks to the team at Napa Lone Pine.

Highly recommend Dave's. I was having starter problems on my way through (driving between Mexico and Canada) and came in here 15 minutes before closing on Memorial day weekend. Not only did the friendly young man at the counter do his utmost to help, he even called Dave himself to make sure I was getting the right part. He's a solid, honest guy with true knowledge and passion for mechanics. Glad I stopped in!

I just got into Lone Pine, and my radiator was leaking. There is only two gas stations in the town, and none of them had water for the customers. So I looked across the street and there was an NAPA auto parts store. Running out of time, and the store is closing soon. The man behind the counter asked me what I needed, and I wasn't sure if it was the radiator or the thermostat. He said, we are getting ready to close, so I bought a thermostat. He also said, why don't you pull your truck over here so I can look at it. Well, it turned out that I needed more than a thermostat. The man behind the counter name was Freddy, and he said my friend, you are here for the night. So I parked my truck at his house, and got me a room for the night.
