Unhelpful employees, bad quality of service. Doesn't hold a candle to the great workers and service at the Drain Napa

Apparently they don't make enough money off of fuses to want to sell me any. Either that or my nice poncho made them think that I was a hippie, and they don't help hippies. Say what you want about the city, at least the auto parts store employees take the time to help everybody.

Paul at the NAPA Auto Parts store in Reedsport Oregon is a fantastic employee. He is knowledgeable, patient, a great listener, and willing to work with the customer to make sure the customer leaves happy. That’s more rare these days. I appreciate you Paul for helping me with my car battery.

We ordered a radiator hose for our motorhome. It took 2 days and they allowed us to park our mh behind their store and let us use the water. Super helpful and friendly guys! Paul was very polite and helpful...... you don't see customer service like that anymore!

No nonsense super competent auto parts store! Large parts inventory, but if they don’t have it they’ll usually have it in tomorrow. Knowledgable staff. Friendly.
