NAPA Auto Parts - Denton Auto Parts

I was extremely disappointed with how the salesperson and Manger tried to up sale me on a part I didn’t need. I eventually spotted the part I needed which was half the price on the part they wanted me to buy. I am disabled and was searching for a certain part to save money not waste money on something I didn’t need. I live on a fixed income and have to watch my expenses carefully. Parking is not the easiest, especially when several cars are in the parking lot. Service is stellar.

The employees at this store are great! They always exceed the customer service of any other Auto Parts Store by far! I came by the other day just needing some help with a license plate light issue and Damien was super helpful and with a great attitude got me fixed up. He even came out to my truck to see exactly what I needed! I ended up buying a few other things as well. There are other Auto Part stores closer to where I live but, I will gladly drive here for the much better good old fashioned customer service! Trust me, once you shop here once, this will be your go place for Auto Parts and great service!

NAPA is my preferred parts store. I look here first for better quality parts, and always get my batteries here. They're not about floor mats or car air fresheners or license plate frames - maybe they have some, but not aisles of cosmetic, gimmicky trash like all the other 'parts stores'. They're the real deal! The staff is friendly and patient. I've purchased parts there for my F250 diesel, Suburban, JD tractor, 2 Honda's and a Buick. These people rock!
