NAPA Auto Parts - Desert Area Corporation

Ordered $110 rearview mirror for jeep gladiator. It was not a jeep part. The part did not come in when promised. I called the jeep dealership and jeep mirror is $75. I've been waiting in line 20 minutes with 2 cashiers and 2 customers in front of me.... one guy needs the other to handle customers

I came all the way from anza ca, an hour drive to return my battery, witch cost me a ridiculous 200 dollars, the man at the counter proceeded to tell me that he couldn't help me because they are privately owned. The battery was never used in fact it wasn't even touched. How can you charge someone 200 dollars for a battery and then tell your customers that once it leaves the store its unreturnable. Major dissapointment and poor customer service. I'm absolutely livid. I will never shoppe at a napa ever again. There policies are absurd and extremely unethical.

Average counter help, but we'll stocked. They had a hard to get intake manifold . Very organized store plenty of space to display part and accessories.

It's 1:45 on a Friday afternoon I stepped into NAPA Auto Parts to get three windshield wipers for my car there was a line there was one gentleman working he never acknowledged any of us waiting in line he never Rose his head to say he'll be with us in a moment this is a huge corporation they need to have more than one employee or at least get acknowledgment I will never step foot in a Napa Auto Parts again there are many competition stores that will wait for my business and appreciate it thank you

Salesman was very helpful in finding me a custom V belt for my y-block V8 power steering setup. Not something you could just pull off the shelf.
