NAPA Auto Parts - Desert Area Corporation

My NAPA (AAA Premium Battery w/ 3 year warranty) battery died after two years (possibly due to getting discharged while the car was unused for 2 months). They had the same battery in stock and the warranty paid 100% for the replacement. The cost of the battery would have been ~$250 without the warranty, since I had the warranty my cost today was zero. Service was quick and courteous. This store does not offer battery change out service but they had no problem with me doing the battery change in the parking lot. I am happy with the service and I recommend this store.

Milton was great at this location. He was friendly, knowledgeable and has amazing customer service. He took the time to match my paint color and was patient while I took the piece outside to see it in the sun and make sure I was happy with the sample before I left. Will come back to this location in the future for any automotive paint needs

Garbage store, garbage service, garbage products. Bought 2 shock absorbers for my truck. One broke & they refused to refund it. Now 95% of Napa products are made outside of usa. Good luck with that ! Don't buy here !! I called and submitted a complaint to Napa head office, no resolution, just useless emails. 95% of Napa products are NOT MADE IN USA ! Garbage ! Napa has no integrity and the owner of this storein Indio has no integrity or BALLS to back up his products.
