NAPA AUTO PARTS DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Every package I’ve ever ordered that gets processed in jackson gets stuck or lost at this distribution center and i have one currently that is there and it was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. It take almost 2 months for the packages ive order to even leave that place and even then sometimes it takes longer or it gets reshipped somewhere else.

I have packages that have been stuck here since the 24th of January and it’s now the 4th of February. Jackson is 2 hrs from me…. Why is my packages stuck this long???? I even filed a claim on one and they reshipped the package and guess where it’s stuck at!!!?? You guessed it…. Suppose to be delivered today and it’s stuck in Jackson!!! This is ridiculous!!!!

I can’t tell you how many times my packages get stuck in this distribution center. It happens at least once a week. I don’t know who’s in charge, but they need to find a new job. So frustrating!!!

If they can get a package from Atlanta to Meridian in 3 hours and Meridian to Jackson in 3 hours then, why does it take 3-5 days for this USPS distribution center to send out packages to another location??? Only have this problem when it’s sent to Jackson Distribution center!! I get it’s the holidays but it’s like this ANYTIME of year as well! Think it’s time for new employees!!!

I had a 2 day express package sent out last Friday from Alabama only to get sent to jackson,to lorman and back to jackson but it's not showing that's its in jackson 🤦🏽‍♀️ does anybody know the number to the distribution center because the number they got goes to the auto part store 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
