I came in needing new windshield wipers after buying a set somewhere else that did not work. Dan made sure to find the right ones for my car and helped to install them including a very difficult rear wiper which I never would have been able to do on my own no matter how many YT videos I watched. He was helpful, nice, polite and did not make me at any time feel less then for needing help with what I’m sure many can take care of on their own

Engine oil light came on. Was looking for 5W 30. Was pointed to this NAPA in Seaside. Ken was incredibly helpful; let me know that the Napa brand full synthetic is actually the same as Valvoline or made by Valvoline which was very helpful to know and save me quite a bit of money. He even came out and made sure the oil level was actually the problem tested the level. When I asked if they had paper cones he said they didn't but they had a loaner that they let customers use. Fantastic service. Great community partner. Highly recommend.

I'll start with the helpful fellow at the parts counter, who quickly got my brake parts for the Honda CRV, and got the right grease and sent me off to the counter to pay in the front. Now it gets even better! The woman at the counter helped me find a less expensive type of soft rag bundle, then suggested I use my AAA card for a discount. Saved me $15 total, and her patient demeanor while I went to my car to get my new AAA card for verification was so so appreciated. GREAT crew in this store!!

Worst customer service. Originally went in to get an oil cap ($4.99). They didn't have it. Ordered it online and paid 7.95 shipping for a 5 dollar part. Doesn't fit. The invoice specially says you can take it to a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store. They wouldn't take it back. I asked why they were not a "participating" store and the reply was, "We're not taking it back."
