NAPA Auto Parts - Driver's Village

Went in for an auto start and the customer service seemed fine at the time. Then a week later the auto start wouldn't work like every 3rd time and when it did work, the air conditioning would be on. Mind you its February. Brought it in and they said I need a new battery so I replaced the battery. Then it kept happening so they said I need to get it reset due to the new battery. So I brought it in again and the guy said to me oh resetting it wont do anything and the problem is USER ERROR. Hows that for customer service? Probably one of the rudest things you can tell a customer. I won't be buying anything from this company again!

I wanted to get a remote starter and I was told that the price is $350. I made a appointment and I dropped my car then I received a phone call from them and was told the price is not $350 instead it is $450 plus $50 yearly fee. I wasted my whole day and I went back to pick up my car No one even appologized or tried to fix the problem.

Went to a Honda dealership due to some funny noise in my exhaust. The service manager quoted to me that it would be over $2,000 in parts alone because my exhaust was "very thin". I brought it to Driver's Expressions, and it turned out to be a $50 gasket and spring kit, and validated the condition of my exhaust was not that bad. These guys know their stuff and have been around the block.

EXCELLENT service and results. I have a Jeep Wrangler which I have been adding to it , 4 inch lift, new bumper, LED light bars etc. Purchased in new at DV last year and have been working with Bill Lovette and crew at Expressions for the past year. EXCELLENT, very helpful very responsive and all of them very knowledgeable..

The customer service I recieved from them was fantastic. I dealt mostly with Dave and he needs a raise!
