Wow. Just wow. I walked in here this morning to pick up an air freshener for my car. I was the only person in the store. Three people were behind the counters. The air freshners were at the counter. I said, "Good morning," but no one responded. I chose the product and stood there. No one even looked up at me. I am not a confrontational person, so I respectfully said, "Excuse me," to the elderly man at the counter in front of me. His response, "Ma'am, I'm right in the middle of something." It was so unbelievable I almost burst out laughing. I chose to calmly put the product back on the shelf and leave. How embarrassing for them to be so unprofessional and rude! It was nasty, just on the level of simple human decency, let alone for a business to a customer! Please, let's not bother them anym

I came to Napa Auto parts in desperate need of cooling hose. The part I need was a special order part. I needed it for my work van to get on the road and continue to make money and earn income for my family. Mike at the Dundalk Napa Auto parts location, thought outside of the box help me come up with a good solution and got me back on the road again. My part will become available as speedily as they can get it to me. If I do appreciate them helping me get on the road and not miss anything from work. I highly recommend Napa Auto parts in Dundalk. Napa probably have everything you need for your car. From my experience as a regular customer (not a garage), be careful with their marketing tricks. No vat etc at the price they say at the start. They told me the item would cost €23, but in the end I paid €33. I didn’t get a receipt and only noticed the difference when I checked my bank account later. Also, keep in mind that online shops are usually cheaper — there was a €10 difference on just a small item!

Fix your hours. Wasted my time driving to your store because it said 530 on Google. They close at 5!
