I’ve seen my Parents bring there car here multiple times and I know that it’s not Easy finding a Bery Good auto shop, Shout out to Daisy the receptionist for helping out and just communicating with us about Parts that we needed and calling the stores for us. Went and bought a battery for my father in laws car. I installed the battery but it was dead. I called napa and he asked if I could bring it back. I asked if it would be possible for them to come to me since we were only a couple of minutes away. He showed up a about an hour later. He tested the battery and it was dead. Then he noticed that I had not removed the plastic protector on the negative post. He took that off and all was good. I was very impressed that he took the time to come and trouble shoot it for us. Needless to say I felt really stupid. Thanks Napa for making my day.

4 stars because of product selection and the employees are nice but I would advise testing your batteries before sending them out the door, I know that might be a pain but it's even more of a pain to install it, get slow crank and then have to take it out right away and replace it because it didn't hold a charge.

These folks helped me through a tough day with advice and practical attempts to get my car working again, even though I didn't purchase anything from them directly. They went above and beyond to help me out, human to human, and for that I greatly appreciate them.

The two older guys who work there are not nice. They might as well growl when you talk to them. The one that filled my propane tanks couldn't be bothered to say one word to me during filling my tanks and checking me out. Not hello or thank you or anything.
