They had batteries for the semi truck when mine died! Thank you and please keep them available! I'm not the last truck driver going from Billings, MT to Idaho Falls and having batteries die...there's no one around but you guys 🙏 They also helped deliver the batteries to my truck. I couldn't have done it myself and Uber didn't work here.

I went in and needed a part for my truck Fawnia was amazing she helped me in every way needed she even helped me another time putting a headlight in my dodge cuz I didn’t have tools. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fawnia is super friendly and cares for her customers needs! She made me feel like a friend even though I haven’t ever met her

I came in today to get a new bulb for my rear turn signal. The previous owner of my car had zip tied the socket to the plug-in and the bulb was melted to the socket. It was extremely hard for me to get off by myself. The manager Greg came outside and helped me get it out, helped me purchase the correct socket and bulb, while also putting the grease on it for me as well. He was extremely pleasant, kind, and helpful.

I needed parts for my tractor & called my wife to pick them up on her way home to island park. She called Greg at the Ashton Napa store not knowing they had closed at 5:00. Thank goodness he answered the phone after hours and was willing to wait for her to get there at 5:30. What GREAT customer service!! We really appreciated his service and very nice personality. We will take all our parts business to him.
