For the last few years, Carmine has been an essential part of this Napa's success. We don't live in Blaine County, but will continue to drive north for his knowledge and ease of parts sourcing and ordering. My last visit here was the pure exemplification of the power of customer service. There was a young man named Cole who by his own nature is a helpful individual, and each time you walk into a business, and there is an employee, and they are wearing the shirt of a company, there's one of two outcomes: The person wearing that shirt will exemplify the best of the company, or they will not... Cole exemplified 110% of what anyone could reasonably expect, in my experience here at Napa of Bellevue Idaho.
