I went in here with some wheel studs that were the wrong size. The guy behind the counter looked in the computer and told me those should fit. I said they didn't. I had a stud that was the right size, and showed it to him. I explained I needed something in that size, showing him the larger one that had actually come out of the wheel. He said he didn't know, that the system only told him the one size and then told me I needed to find a different size. He didn't take the stud that was the right size and try to find something that would work. He just told me it was my problem. I went right down the street to CarQuest and the guy there immediately took the studs I gave him and found me some in sizes that would work. In a small town, knowledgeable staff is everything, and thus far, this NAPA store has exceeded my expectations. My husband and I's knowledge on cars is limited, but the staff are never condescending like I've observed in other shops. They know what they're talking about, and help with our 2000 Dodge Durango every single time, even going as far as helping us install what we have purchased. Out of every city I've lived in, from Fairbanks, Alaska to Boise, ID, the NAPA in Soda Springs is, in my opinion, the best. I highly recommend anyone looking to come here for parts for their vehicles, even if they're older like mine is!

Melissa was willing to open up the store to exchange part that I needed before Next day and she dropped what ever she had going on to do get me going for tomorrow. Great store in soda springs she is awesome

Was at Kelly park on a Saturday and my truck wouldn't start. They were closing in 10 minutes. The employee I spoke to there, I can't recall his name was kind enough to not only sell me a replacement battery for my vehicle but drove over after his shift and jump started my truck. This type of hospitality is greatly appreciated by me and the kind of company I will choose to do business with over and over again! The community of Soda Springs is fortunate to have such a company in their city.
