The dude at the counter, with the glasses and red hair, ALWAYS knows where things are in the store so it's quick in and out. They also usually have what I'm looking for. I work on diesel heavy machinery so, I always come across odd parts n battery sizes but, they fulfill my needs. When I'm local to this location, I always choose them over others

Jimmy is my guy! He was able to help me out and provide one on one service without rushing me. If you want people who know what they’re doing, are kind and play Country Music in the background… this is your place.

Came in for a minor suspension part for a mid 2000's suv and they had exactly what I needed. customer service was great and the staff seem super knowledgeable and can get you going in the right direction .

The assistant manager, Tommy, was pleasant to deal with. Same for Zach. I appreciate their customer service and how they wanted to help with my car questions. They helped me identify my engine, told me where items are located in the store, and offered me ways to save money. The store is well-kept, too.

I have to say came in with a problem and Tinu help me out greatly with the parts that I needed unfortunately there was a problem due to a packaging error at the supply house. I came in the following day and James help me didn't have the part in store but help me find it at another Napa location and was very patient and accommodating the Jen set the East Brunswick store well very helpful and I will make this my go-to store I was very happy to have dealt with them and just as a side this is all on a Sunday in the afternoon
