We needed new wiper blades for our car. The associate measured the length needed and even installed them for us! We spent a little more than I wanted to but the wiper blades we purchased are a better quality and should last longer. It was a smooth and easy process.

I was traveling through Kansas, to be at my mom’s spine surgery in Missouri. I got caught in the Jan 5 ice storm in Kansas. Ice and sleet were pouring down and my driver side wiper ended up snapping off! I went to Emporia Napa. I went to the door and tried to go in, not realizing that the store had closed at noon and it was 1:30 pm. The mgr happened to be there, noticed me and let me in! He said he stayed because the weather was awful and he thought someone might need help. He looked up my wiper and we discovered that the one I needed had sold out the day before! Not to worry, because he had the knowledge to put together a different wiper connector & blade and got it to fit my car for me! I really appreciate his knowledge, but also his willingness to hang around in the bad weather in case

I can’t believe how awesome Mr . Scott and his customers were . I mention his customers but it’s because of type or leader of men that Mr. Scott Miller is , i say this without a doubt . He went very above and beyond to help me as i was a short walk from his store and broke down in middle of highway. Needed a starter for a Semi truck had it in stock . Assisted me with getting tools and the since starter was heavy had one of his employees drive me back to breakdown . And finally a lesson i will never ever forget … how to clock a new starter to match the old one . He drove down after closing his store up and made sure i was okay and then caught that starter was not clocked like original and showed me . Probably the best breakdown and successful experience i have had in 14 years of trucking .

The staff knows what they are doing. If something is not right just take it back and they will make it right.

At first not good walked in and was told they couldnt take my cores for the reason they were dirty sorry they been on a truck and need replaced had to take them to a car wash to wash them .I have never done that with a core at napa went back and all qaa well i thouvbt drovea 100 miles to find out i could have taken the part to Napa dirty and got it 100$ cheeper wastrd twp hour finding a place to wash parts and paid too much sorry bought hourdreds of dollars worth of part ay LMC but will definately price shop next time if there is a next time. My rating is a C-
