I scheduled to have my timing belt replaced on my 2002 Tacoma about a month ago, my appointment was for today they asked me to drop off my vehicle at 8-8:30am 3 days before so I dropped it off at 8am (that’s when they open) and I was quoted for 4 hours and they had not pulled my truck in at 11am when I drove past running errands and my husband saw it parked in the same spot on his way home from work at 3pm. I called and asked for an update and was told it was a “workin progress” and that Rob was on a test drive and they would call me back when he got back. I waited until almost 5pm and no call back, so I went to get my keys and was informed he was still not back and didn’t know where he was and I didn’t hear back from him until 7pm after they were closed letting me know that he was behind

These folks went out of their way to take care of me on a very rainy friday night. The owner Lori was attentive and caring as was her employee. I'm so grateful for small business owners like this!

Dropped truck off on Thursday 4th of june called daily to check and see if they found my oil leak they constantly told me that they have "driven it" with dye in the oil to try and locate the leak finaly on june 10th i went down there to pick up my truck after being told daily there was no leak. When i arrived i paid 180 dollars for the dye and a new battery i never asked for and after a whopping 20min drive home no oil

Highly recommend coming here! Had to get my brakes fixed traveling through and it was a dire situation. They stepped right up and were so amazing getting me in and taking care of it as soon as they could. The woman that initially took my call was incredibly gracious and kind. Very thankful to have found this place and these great people. They saved the day and my car!!

Rob is amazing. I started having issues with a Class C motorhome about 7 miles away... which ultimately wound up being that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I was able to ever so slowly, with many stallouts, make it to his place. Rob luckily had the part in hand and he was there past closing time installing it for me to get back on the road. Most of all though, both Rob and his entire staff were awesome letting me hang out with my dog for the few hours it took - giving my dog treats, water, and attention while we waited. They were all great to interact with, and Rob gave me a bunch of other tips and advice as he explained what happened and then after fixing it on where to consider camping for the night (now that I was half a day behind in my travels). I really can't explain
