I had the best customer service experience I've had in many years here at NAPA Auto parts. Dave, the owner, took over an hour to help me work on getting the bearings out of my idler pulley and my auto tensioner for my excavator. Incredibly nice guy and he has earned a customer for life!

These guys are awesome! They've done a great job in the past of making me hydraulic hoses. Today they didn't have enough hose in stock, but arranged for the Morton NAPA to do it on the spot. They seriously bend over backwards to help you. I'll go out of my way to do business with them.
