I bought an alternator from here in the spring, six months later it went out. Went in to exchange it and was told I can't because I lost my receipt. Also got the run around claiming they didn't even sell motocraft parts. The new alternator I ended up buying from them was also branded motocaft. Sad because I have been a regular customer and mostly been treated well. If you buy anything with a "warranty " make sure you save the receipt. I will no longer be making any part purchases from Napa.
