Great staff! The guy who helped my friend noticed the headlight box had a rattle. He checked it and the headlight was broken. Saved my friend from buying it and had a replacement. Great job! They also carry Lucas, the best spray wax I've ever used. It will even get out interior stains in your car, and it smells great!

The counter guy was not motivated to help. He very aloof and would not what to check parts I was picking up. I hope I don't get that same counter person. Not sure why this person works in customer service there if he is not helpful and seems annoyed at any questions.

These guys are always too in terms of tech info. Bought a Mann trans filter which surprisingly came with a gasket and was given the best market price. Nice. But the real surprise came when I installed it. Having done several filter and fluid changes on my old Mercedes, the filter never fit correctly, even the one from the dealer. I understand that there were at one time issues with the filter and o-ring. But this one snapped right in, and surprisingly the car shifts like never before. Kudos NAPA!

The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable at the El Monte,Ca store.

This is my local parts store that I use for all my maintainence needs. The manager here works hard to find and custom order anything I happen to need. Occasionally, their pricing is even less than Amazon! NAPA store-brand parts quality is also noticeably better than A-Z or other vendors.
