Walked in looking for a specific "vintage" part, ( which is available at the warehouse). Counter person told me they didn't stock it but could get it. No fuss, no BS, no trying to sell me something that "will work". I appreciate the honesty and the knowledge of the counter. Makes a difference to me.

All I needed was a set of wiper blades and the guys were extremely helpful, even helped install them. I know my way around a vehicle pretty well, but it was refreshing to be offered help with such a simple task.

Went in to see if someone could put a wiper in for me ( one I bought somewhere else ) the guy tried but we had bought the wrong kind .We bought one from them but that didn't fit either. I guess it needed a special fitting .The staff was very helpful tried many wipers to fit .

Good friendly service, if they don't have what you need they are quick to get it for you. Can advise you on best product to use.

Close at 5:30 on weekdays and barely open on weekends which is not practical for most who do things after work. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and everything else is great
