They told me they closed at 5:15 got there at 5:07 and they were closed even though I said I was on my way

They are one of the better auto part stores in my area. I usually go to them first before going to others in and around the area. Usually if this Napa doesn’t have the part I need, I go online to locate it before going to other auto part stores. I’ve never had any of my vehicles worked on by them, since I do my own auto repairs. So I cannot review their auto repair work! When it comes to their employees being helpful and knowledgeable I give them an A+. I was there the other day to dump oil and the employees were helpful and now I know I can dump oil even after hours. Other auto part stores you have to sign a paper and jump through hoops every time you dump oil. I like things to be simple!

They always have what I need, even if I'm not sure what I need! Always a helpful staff! They go above and beyond to satisfy the customers and make sure their vehicles and parts are in good working condition! I shop no where else!

Business closed without notice during regular business hours but charged for storage even though we came to pick up our vehicle. Notice on the door says they closed for family emergency, but employee told us they closed to watch the game. Fine, but don't charge me storage because you can't find someone to watch the store. Exorbitant prices. Will never do business here again.

They always have what I need. If they don't it will be in the next day. Glad to see Jason is doing good. My mothers car was broke down in there parking lot and they were good enough to loan me the tools to get it back running and they had all the parts I needed.
