NAPA Auto Parts

I bought a battery here 5 years ago. I am not a mechanic. I thought my car needed a battery. I bought it. Put it on the car. Car didn't start. The issue wasnt the battery. I got off work early today. Came with my reciept to get it refunded and was met with the worse attitude. I understand you don't have a return policy. That's fine. We don't you being rude. We live and learn. It was his condescending attitude. Unless you are a mechanic i would recommend you don't come to this NAPA. They should have made that clear. His exact words were "Would you like it i tried to bring you something for a refund that's been used" You work customer service, do better. Now if you're a mechanic. I'm sure this place is great. But if you're just a comsumer, i would definitely go somewhere else.

Mike went above and beyond helping me with an issue with my brakes. Never buying a car part anywhere else. If you actually want to talk to people that know what they’re talking about instead of teenagers making min wage then go see them!

Service was excellent! I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed, Mike offered amazing help and got me in and out of there within minutes, with the right parts and guidance on how to install.

Good place to get good truck parts

Called to check inventory on a part and associate who answered said oh we were walking out the door we are closed! So why answer?!
