Bobby, Mason and John put their heads together and came up with the solution to help me get a problem solved on my old GMC. I'm not a big reviewer but they deserve a shout out. My hometown NAPA is the best!

NAPA Hondo is the best! I was doing errands in town & my key fob wasn’t working correctly & I thought it needed a new battery. I live 12 miles from town in the country. I worried that I wouldn’t be able to restart my car if I turned it off to go into a store. I stopped at NAPA (Hondo) and Mason was amazing!! It’s not an easy feat to open a key fob but Mason stuck to it, got it opened and replaced the battery. We weren’t sure if that was the exact problem but when I got home & tested it the fob worked correctly! Thank you Mason, you were my savior!

Employee John is always friendly extremely knowledgeable and willing to help out with any kind of problem you're having. I would, and do, recommend Hondo NAPA to any one needing parts and assistance with their problems.i dont know what else good I can find good to say about Hondo NAPA.

Napa will loan specialized tools, which are generally much better grade tools than low end dollar store stuff (i.e. Walmart).

Great place to get parts, always helpful when I go in even if they don't have exactly the right part they can always suggest a fix.
