NAPA Auto Parts - Farmers Union Oil Company of Kenmare

On my way to Canada from MN and had a leaking tire. Was -15F out and the chuck for their free air was broken. It was a Saturday afternoon and they were closed, but some people were inside. They had someone come in to fix my tire and tried to refuse any payment. Of course I paid. Businesses who go out of their way to help you are the best!

The way these guys took care of me within less than an hour of rotating balancing checking my air filter was amazing. I have never been treated better Normally, when I go get my car fixed, people make me feel really stupid but they were so kind. I cannot give a better review than five stars and if I could, I would give them 10.

Excellent customer service experience with this store! We broke down on a trip from Ohio to Alaska in our 99 F350 pulling a gooseneck trailer with no options to get a wheel bearing. We kindly asked for any ideas on how to get a bearing from Minot delivered to Portal, ND where we were stuck. April at the parts counter was able to help us and one of the owners of the store offered to drive it to us for a nominal fee. We were back on the road within 12 hours of stopping. Thank you guys. Saved our trip!

Good people for anything farm or truck it seemed. I drive a truck and was needing filters in a bad way. Called them, and they had them waiting for me when I got there. A lot of options for your vehicle or farm implement. I'll stop in again for sure if I'm back in the area and need something again.

So, I called ahead of time, And ask if they can make an A/C hose. I drove over an hour to get to the shop. And they had no A/C fittings or even hose to make a A/C system configuration hose!!!!!!
