You couldn't ask for a better part store. They always go out of their way to help. They even let me borrow a tool that I didn't have. I love supporting places like this and makes me happy to live in a small town where customer service still exists. I would give you guys 10 stars if Google would let me.

I went in to purchase an oil change. Filter and oil, the filter they gave me was too wide to fit. Instead of offering another oil filter they said it had been used. I mean for one I go to Walmart and have never gotten an oil filter that wouldn't fit. But these supposed parts finders couldn't get me the right part. They were dismissive when I tried to return it and wouldn't give a refund. Stated it had been used. I mean if I tried to put it on a used motor what is it supposed to look like. They are unprofessional and I won't spend another dime there and if anyone asks me I'll tell the go elsewhere. They have a real local buddy culture down there. Extremely upset by the way they handled their mistake.
