Have used the Latrobe location before and really pleased with how quickly they can get me the right parts, this experience was the same in that reguard. However, I was really disappointed in the customer service this time, the part ordered was there but it was clear, phone calls were more important than the customer at the counter. During my transaction the phone rang and the representative was quick to look up pricing and availability for the person on the phone while I just stood there, much to my surprise when he asked the person on the phone to hold it wasn't to help me but to take another customer call again I just stood there finally while still on the phone, he rang me up. What was frustrating was he never once asked if I needed anything else, which I did, I needed filters for a s

They're very helpful and make sure you get the right parts for the job at hand and if they're not right they take the parts back and replace or refund you no questions asked. Their prices are very reasonable and if they have to order parts they get them fast so you don't have to wait long to get them. Everyone there are so helpful and so nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
