One of my windshield wipers flew off its handle and luckily I was very close to Napa when it happened. The level of kindness, intelligence, and professionalism was very impressive. They were super efficient and informative and you could tell with myself and the other customers ahead of me they’re not out to price gouge you and want to make sure the customer saves money whenever they can.

i went in looking for some paint. the gentleman there was very rude when he told me it’s too late in the day for paint and i’d have to call back tomorrow. (i arrived at 4, they close at 6) he also told me paint is a day out. so even if i did call i’d have to wait a day. No problem. i’ll spend my 200+ dollars elsewhere.

If I need my truck or car repaired I bring it here to Dennis. Larry the mechanic is great. Very reasonable on the rates they charge. I'm in Ashland Ma. and go out of my way to get the repairs done here. This is 1 out of the 2 places I trust.
