The woman attending the morning shift had a very bad attitude and wouldn’t let me use the restroom stating its in our warehouse and it’s only for employees. I turned around and walked out, I’ll buy my parts elsewhere. On the same road there is AutoZone, advance and much more and they all offer amazing service here in winter haven AND ALL OF THEM HAVE A PUBLIC BATHROOM FOR CUSTOMERS BUT NAPA.

I received Great service. The part wasn’t in stock but they drove to their store in Bartow to pick it up and bring it back the same day. The parts were exactly what we were looking for. It was not the most complicated order, just some front rotors and brake pads for the front and rear. I would definitely go back for any parts in the future. The prices were definitely reasonable. The staff was very friendly and polite, they knew what questions to ask to make sure we got what we were looking for.

All the bells and whistles went off when I walked in. I was the only customer and neither of the gals even acknowledged me. A guy walked in and they asked him if he needed help when an elderly gentleman came out from the rear. I felt invisible so I'm taking my business elsewhere.
