NAPA Auto Parts

I had an online order and within 1hr I received a confirmation that it was ready for pick up. I arrived and they couldn’t find my order. After extensive searching, they were able to find the air filter. Along side the oil drain plug that was taped on the box. With no washer. They didn’t have my oil filter, a refund was issued. Come to find out, the oil drain plug that was TAPED on the air filter didn’t fit on my vehicle. 1/3 items were right from my order. Extremely disappointed with the service. Especially given the fact it was a simple online order. oils filter, air filter and oil drain plug.

This location had no 2 customers! Edy was called out twice and when he arrived at the resgister, he was very rude. I asked for a portable fuel rank and he proceeded by literally ignoring me, which caused me to knod at his coworker and ask him about the dam fuel tank... p.s. Edy, levantate la lonja y ponte a trabajar! NAPA you need respectful workers!

My part was estimated to arrive on Friday, I called them Friday around 1 it hadn't arrived yet, cool. Asked him if he could give me a call as soon as it does arrive, never received a call. Called Satyrfay morning to see if it's arrived, I'm placed on hold and they're "checking" for my part. Few minutes go by "Napa how can I help" .. I'm waiting to see if you have my part "let me go talk to the guy". I'm on hold again, a few minutes go by and again "Napa how can I help" :| my part I'm calling to see if it's arrived. "One second" on hold again "yeah we have it" lol

Placed order on line to pick up at store. Oil, oil filter, air filter, 2 windshield wipers. I got an email not more than 15 minutes after I placed the order, went down to the Napa store and my order was ready. Went in and in less than 5 minutes was out very efficient and professional, great service. In my opinion the best way to buy parts of you do it yourself.

Customer service and knowledge of required job skills here at this Fontana location is definitely lacking. The person who assisted me initially pretty much did everything he possibly could to make my quick lunch break errand take a full 30 minutes. I went in knowing the part number I needed and had the invoice to do a quick exchange from an online purchase that the part did not work for my truck. I had called ahead to make sure my transaction would be as smooth as possible but once I got to the store I was told it would be better if I just returned the part online. After getting the run around the supervisor was able to get my part swapped out. I left frustrated but at least I have the correct part now.
