5 stars (or 6 if I could!) I had a check engine light pop on while driving my new car through the area, and I was pretty stressed about it. Pulled into the NAPA Auto Parts in Idaho Springs hoping for some quick advice, and wow, the team there couldn’t have been more helpful. A friendly US veteran (I’ll have to get his name!) took the time to chat with me, helped diagnose the issue based on the code and symptoms, and gave clear, no-pressure guidance on what to do next. He was super knowledgeable, easygoing, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of intimidating like some auto shops can be. The other gentleman working there was great too. Larry at Napa Auto in Idaho Springs was so friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing to work with. He was able to help me navigate my check engine issues as I was traveling through the state for vacation. He and his staff were superbly friendly to my adventure dog as well. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I was having battery issues driving through the mountains yesterday. My car kept struggling to turn on. Luckily Napa Auto Parts was nearby and Larry saved the day! He replaced my battery within minutes and now my car is functioning again. Larry was extremely friendly and had great customer service. I’m so grateful for his help!

Larry and his team are amazing! They're not only knowledgeable and helpful to anyone who pulls up to their location, they treat everyone as family. Our family loves these guys. 👍
