After a year of waiting for my money to be reimbursed by this company, I’m finally leaving this negative review. We had the unfortunate need for warranty service work from Westinghouse, for a generator. Westinghouse replaced our generator and shipped it to this store. They held the unit hostage for the service bill from Westinghouse. They told me that if I paid the nearly $140 they would give me my generator and reimburse me upon payment from Westinghouse. This is obviously unethical and a terrible way to treat customers, but we were willing to pay them to release our new, replacement generator. It has been one year and they still have not reimbursed us. Don’t do business here unless you want to be let down.

Had exactly the right part, great price and that hometown service I look for.

The store is alright, has the normal napa type things at a decent price. Just dont buy a refurbished lawn mower unless you check it out really well first. Bought mine about a month ago and had it break down each time I tried to mow. Still have yet to mow my entire property after having a blade assembly, parts for the PTO, the battery and a few wires replaced. If you do buy one, check that all the blades are attached and the PTO is working fine. Refurbished means something entirely different to the guy who "fixes" them. Dont call him out on his shotty workmanship either, he (joe) forgets how to adult and turns into a bit of a manchild. So we have paid $1.6k (mower and repairs) to have a mower that cant mow

Best place to buy a washer and dryer if you need one call them and they will sit you up

This place usually has what I need if not can get it quickly Napa parts are far superior then alot of other chain stores.
