The Best shop in the area. Stuck on 81N Dan came out to assist in a timely manner. I spoke to John who set up services & they both have great customer service skills. Semi truck was losing oil due to lose drain plug. Never would I have imagined NAPA would come to the rescue. Thank yall so much..

Great customer service even helped me fix the part that broke that couldn't find anywhere so I can reuse it. Without his help I would have not been able to get my car running again!!!! I highly recommend this place if you need parts!!!!!

Just picked up a replacement NAPA battery for an in warranty failed NAPA battery. Staff was friendly and co-operative even though the original battery was not purchased at their NAPA store. Hats off to the good-ol' boys at Frackville NAPA. They treat their customers right!

Employee's are very helpful and not affraid to go out and look at your vehicle which is helpful when your a woman and might not know the name of the part your looking for unlike Auto zone who will not leave there post at the store. Only problem I have had at all napas is that they never have what you need in stock. 9-10 times it must be ordered.
