Great quality parts, terrible customer service. Called to check if they had a part in stock and put me on hold (that's fine) but I was on hold so long, I was able to drive to the closest napa store, talk to the worker who informed me napa doesn't carry this part and left ALL WHILE STILL ON HOLD for this location. Finally hung up after getting the information I needed elsewhere.

I'm really happy with the CS at this location, giving me the option of a better Fuel Pump at a better price with an updated harness.

First of all ,I ordered my part online for pick up. I ask would 430pm be a good time to pick up, the rep says yes. I get there at 410pm, THERE CLOSED! Then they charged me 8 times for the same part! A $400 part! Think I stick with autozone .

I was looking for an alternator for my car. They said they had it on the shelf but when I got there they couldn't find it. The manager checked another location which did have it and he gave me 20 bucks off for my troubles. Gotta say thanks man. The other location had it and I got my car going that day. Napa you really pulled through for me. All the other auto supply places told me it would be a special order part that they could get me in 3 days.
