I was so excited to hear on the radio that this place carried Milwaukee heated jackets so I get in my car and drive all the way from Wheelersburg to get one for a Christmas gift. I'm waiting at the counter for what seems to be like 15 minutes might I add when I walked in there were tons of people in the office and one guy at the counter working. He yells and asked for Darren to come and help him. So I ask the gentleman where the heated coats are. He says oh we don't have any, what do you mean? Your out? No we just don't carry them we only had one in stock and it sold! I'm so disappointed and they way I was treated was even worse. Not let me try and order you one or let me see if we are getting more in. Just said sorry and walked away! I will NEVER go back to this business again or rec

God forbid you ask about availability of parts or, trim and paint type. Owner complained that he wasn’t gonna send someone out too look at parts unless I was buying. Well I definitely won’t be buying now because customer service is terrible. Was willing to spend a small fortune on car parts today but him asking if I had money and wanted to buy seemed rude and unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere and the prices he actually did give me, like for a headlight, I could buy OEM or aftermarket brand new for virtually the same price. Would’ve gave you some good business today and likely in the future if I was treated better.

Only because it won't let me go any lower for a rating. Don't do business with this place. We drove 290 miles to get a transmission for a Ford Escape, when we got there we were told they didnt have it. The guy behind the counter just kept saying sorry I made a mistake, I looked up a trans for an Equinox.....are you kidding me?? Equinox is made by Chevrolet!!!!!!!

A little pricey for my taste. They have what you may need.
