Customer Reviews
Tony & Kyle are always very helpful when I need something from here and they’re very friendly as well. The folks here know their stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my auto care needs. Keep up the great work!
These are my guys. I work down the road at a diesel shop and they’ve always taken care since 2011-12. Won’t go to any other Napa except for here
Very poor customer service, didn’t feel welcoming at all.
Customer service is a zero. Waited 15 minutes for them to dig around in their haphazard, fire hazard of a store to not find anything. Then they stood there with no offer to order it, call another store, apologize, nothing. Another reason to shop online if you treat customers like robots anyways. Went down the road to Advance Auto and got the parts and out the door in 5 minutes.
The guy at the counter was helpful but the serpentine belt I bought from them didn't fit my car, ended up buying from another auto chain for cheaper that worked out fine
