Called and asked if they had 20 foot jumper cables in stock. They confirmed they did. I let them know i would be there in 20 minutes. I get there and tell the younger guy at the desk I just called on the phone. He then goes to where the jumper cables are and fails to find any 20 ft cable. He asks me how long it needed to be and I let him know at min15 ft. I then stood there for over 5 minutes while he rechecked the same 3 boxes that clearly states they were 12ft long and glanced randomly in the back of the store. He never apologized or took accountability for not checking to make sure the item was in stock before having me drive 20 miles out there. This is a small community and it’s a snow storm and I could have gone to Clayton to avoid being now extra late on top of the dead battery. Next

Only Richie was working today and after he came out to fill my rv with propane we went back in and I waited for three phone calls and the ensuing business conversation to be completed before he rang me out. The receipt did not have the price per gallon nor the amount of gallons. That would be nice. That said it's a good place to pick up your auto needs and when two workers are there it's smoother/quicker.

Lady that works here and her Husband is very disrespectful wrong full Accuse you of stuff thease 2 should be fired .....ps they call the cops on you for nothing
