Bought rotors back in March that turned out to be warped. Without even checking my account or the rotors themselves- the manager decided to blame me for the rotors being warped when though I had no other issues other than these rotors. They started out with a shake and now it is a violent shake and the manager basically told me I was on my own. Extremely unprofessional and will no longer do business with ANY NAPA.
They have friendly service and always have what I need.
Great place to get auto parts. If they dont have it, they can usually get it the next day. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Friendly service, small store in a small town but well stocked and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you...
Beware of the price tag on the shelf and what they actually charge you with the counter was 33% more for me that’s not cool
