Great customer service from a very knowledgeable staff. Will gladly help you find the exact part you want, can actually provide details in difference in low end part versus the higher end part. Last year I ordered springs, they did not arrive, had been left on loading dock in Louisville. After apologizing, they located some more in Elizabethtown and offered to drive there, pick them up, and bring them back here at no charge. Don't get that kind of response at other part stores.

Always have what I need

This store is selling on Amazon under the name "Mopar Auto Parts" and sending out incorrect items! I ordered RAM floor mats a week ago on a 2 day shipping and I just received a giant metal grill bar blocking my front door instead of floor mats!

I'm really impressed with this NAPA Store. They are friendly & They have everything instock. Or they will have the part in a couple days. Or sooner. Thanks Napa.
