NAPA Auto Parts - Glencoe Auto Parts

We unfortunately blew a tire and didn't have a jack with us. Thankfully we weren't far from Napa. They had a jack small enough to fit under our truck and a tire iron on hand. It was an expensive mistake on our part, but we were glad we could get what we needed and get back on the road. Five stars because it's very convenient having Napa stores in our small rural towns even if they are a little expensive. They often save us time and money having to drive farther away for what we need. Staff is always helpful and kind too.

I'm not sure how they got such good reviews cause I've only been there once and I'll never go back again!! Every one of the employees is extremely rude!! I'd rather throw my money in the trash than give it to them!!

Everyone here is so helpful every time we visit. It's nice that they actually seen to know what they're talking about unlike some competitors. Prices are good, even better if you have AAA.

It's a great parts store, even tho the in stock parts selection is not as good for the older vehicles that I run! Great service!

Rick was nice and friendly! The live bait is affordable and lasted several days.
