To the owner of Napa on arrow hwy I went into your shop Sunday April 7 my husband and i were upset by one employee who was not helpful it was like he didn't want to bother looking through the computer for my order or deal with our service I was upset and couldn't believe this was the customer service from this employee who was supposed to be doing his job and apparently wasn't we then got put on another employee named Ray great job hiring this man great customer service quiet polite didn't give up kept looking for my order I put in went to look in inventory area and finally found the part I had ordered this man just didn't ditch us on to someone else he took care of the situation and I just want to put a big shout out to this guy again Ray people you get the same treatment for some reason

Loved the service, great prices compared to the autozone I used to go to. Very friendly and helpful employees. Completely got my flat tire and broken windshield wipers very quickly thanks to this location.

went to NAPA auto parts to get a part for my Ford fusion and the assistant manager there Jesus was so nice and so knowledgeable he worked with me he talked about how to handle the situation I was in with the car then when I couldn’t use the part I took it back and he was very nice about returning it really like the people there they’re knowledgeable they’re friendly they’re helpful this is got to be in my only auto parts store from now on I’ve never had service like that at any other auto parts so thank you JESUS you did a great job helping me out

We had an exceptional experience here, not once but twice. Ray — one of the employees — is a hands on problem solver. On both visits he immediately addressed the issue and solved the problem. What a rockstar! Ask for him for the best customer service and overall pleasant experience.

It's definitely the best Napa I've been to. Everyone is very helpful, but David is the best!
