Bad service manager was rude and disrespectful I was told I could come in between 9-5 I told him I would be in about 9 I showed up at 9-20. Automatically said your late when it wasn’t a scheduled time it was just a ruf estimate. Didn’t ask for any referrals, on your hiring list is says if your willing to learn your for us. I guess this dude hasn’t read it himself won’t be getting my service anymore. O’Reilly is so much better. Actually nice workers that respect there customers

My engine light was on my Honda CRV. The car manual suggested the gas cap. January 2, 2026 I went to Coos Bay, Oregon Napa Auto Parts for a replacement gas cap. I am disabled and was thrilled with the help from the employees. When they put on the new cap the engine did not go off. They brought out a computer to reset my car. Thank you for your excellent and professional service.

Awful I went in to store to buy supplies for my commercial fishing boat and first thing I get is attitude from both clerks awful customer service and I ended up not buying what I was after and went to another store to get what I needed they might want to learn some customers are the reason they even have a job run your customers off see how long your in buisness word of mouth in the fishing community is everything when wr tell each other the crappie experience we had at a local store we might not be coming back
