Don't stop in Goreville. Check engine light came on traveling cross country. Scott the owner would not test the light, even though he had the tool. I didn't want to damage my engine. I was a paying customer. But he would not waste his time. Poor business practice. DON'T STOP IN GOREVILLE.

They were very helpful when our vehicle broke down. And we had to replace the serpentine belt. They gave us a jump start with no problem, and the price was reasonable before the belt.

On 20 August I called Napa told them what I needed they delivered where I was at and when I got my receipt it was for $4.99 and he charged me $93.00 as some change for anti freeze and $6.00 for delivery and it was no where on the receipt.. I should of paid better attention to the receipt I am a truck driver and wanted to get Truck fixed and on the road again. So now I am out a $100.00 since I have no receipt to show for it..

My family and i was headed down 37 north when our car started giving us some trouble. We were headed to a gas station that Google suggested, but didnt make it there. Our car gave up right in front of Napa here in Goreville. Thank God for these folks!! They didnt have the part we needed so the fella here ran up the road about 20 mins and brought it back. They offered to put it on for a low cost, but let us know it would save us some money if we were able to do it ourselves. My cousin whose with with me, knows what he's doing under the hood, and said he'd be able to do it but he didn't have any tools with him. The guy here at Napa, i think his name is Rodney, let us barrow his tools so we were able to get up and running again. I tell ya one thing, if these people here wernt so kind we'd stil
