NAPA Auto Parts

My battery is a p# 6565 date code of 1/25, leaking acid and they try to tell me they can’t warranty it out because it’s testing fine when the voltage was barely keeping 12v on the tester. Not to mention they hardly have any type of tool “cart”. This is why I go oreillys always.

These folks at this store are all around amazing. I have been there several of times lately for my job and once for myself. The customer service is top tier. They are very patient and helpful. I wish other parts stores had the spark that this place does. They will definitely have what you can’t find in other stores. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service, only wish I could receive a print out of the reading of my core battery to make reimbursements from triple A more likely. 😀 NAPA employees are Fantastic, Helpful, & Professional. Thank you for the fine Service.
