NAPA Auto Parts - GULF COAST PARTS SUPPLY LLC

I went into Napa looking for parts on Tuesday. A younger guy with a hat on I didn’t get his name was helping me he was very pleasant to deal with and he was so much help. He was helping me with fittings and was looking them up for me and had a question about one of them so he asked someone by the name of Joe and he was on his phone and said I’m busy and laughed. I said don’t worry about it I guess he’s too busy to help a paying customer. This isn’t the first time I have been in there and has asked for help and him ignore them or make side comments. I will be going to crystal river Napa from now on all thanks to Joe. -Mark
