Had a brake air hose crack on me on the way to make a delivery in Inglis. Stopped at this NAPA hoping they might have the parts I needed. They had the red air hose pictured and the glad hand as well. Very nice and helpful and saved me several hundred dollars since I didn't have to call for a road service. Thanks again.

I ran into this location as I was in a pinch on a job assignment. I explained my issue to they guys behind the counter and they very calmy grabbed a few tools and gave me an idea on what to do. They were so calm in fact it was like they have had to fix this "issue" on a daily basis. Let me add that the idea the gave me worked perfectly. I would have been stuck for hours trying to figure out what to do. Im so glad I deceided to swing in and ask for help. Note to reader: dont be to proud to admit when you need help, they literally saved me!

Recently made a few purchases here and all was fine. Today I came in for a solenoid, plus an alternator and a few suspension parts. The gal was trying to march up my solenoid when the phone rang, she took the call and put me on the back burner while she assisted the phone customer for whatever. After a few minutes I asked how does a phone inquiry take precedence over a customer already in the store? Got a "sorry" like it was too bad if I didn't like it. I managed a parts store and my policy was customers in the store had priority over those too lazy to come in and inquire about their needs, they were put on hold and taken care when appropriate. Apparently they value the possible sale over the guaranteed sale. I will not be back.
