NAPA Auto Parts

I had a great experience at 5420 Jonestown Rd Harrisburg, PA Napa Auto Parts. The attendant Josh was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to ensure I found the right parts. His deep knowledge and friendly approach made the whole visit seamless and efficient. It's rare to get such outstanding support; I highly recommend this store!

We have some great auto parts places here in the area, and my experience with NAPA (first visit) was awesome. I “thought” I had the right headlight bulb, but the clerk left the counter, came over and assisted me in making sure I was buying the right one. Who does that anymore? The gentleman at NAPA did and was grateful for his assistance. Personal service, plenty of stock and a very clean store! And a very impressive layout!

Site has keys online. Went to store and said they don’t sell keys nor make them. They referred me to Home Depot and I said I don’t think they do. I went to Home Depot and they only make keys that unlock car doors. Key was bent. Napa site says one thing store says other and bad referral. I ask for local locksmith and they couldn’t answer it. Desk agent appeared to be high. Waste of time

Love napa auto parts. But this store in particular needs to put a bigger sign closer to the road like a big sign with an arrow or something that you can see from both directions on jonestown rd. I live like a block away literally and only just noticed the store was there 2 days ago! I would have been going there since they opened, but no one knows that they are there! .it's preventing them from getting customers.

The store advertises that they close at 6pm and i showed up 10 mins beforehand and was already closed! oh well lost a sale and back to autozone for me!
