Staff was rude to my wife yesterday and she came home upset they were mocking her car battery knowledge. This isn’t how we are in this area of Pennsylvania and I expect better. Thanks for the response, but I don't have time to call and I'm unable to respond. You can talk to Shawn about it and maybe explain the job might be about helping and not mocking. I won't be back here and next time I'll pay the service cost and ask her to go to Mike's who would never treat a customer like Shawn did.
11 out of 10 experience here. The staff are amazing, super helpful, and knowledgeable. They can get parts quickly and the price is great.

Great customer service, they helped me find what I thought I needed, were patient when I didnt know exactly what I was looking for and made sure I got the RIGHT thing
Good people and we'll stocked ! I needed 2 different trailer lights they had both . Then I blew a circuit breaker in my truck they had it .
