Can't say enough good things about this location. Always beyond helpful. Rich went above and beyond helping me out today. Everyone needs a Rich at their location!
The gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful. The hardware I was looking for was easy to find and at checkout they were relatable. I'll be a regular from now on and it's the furthest from my residence.
Phone manners for the business are way off. The guy answers the phone like he's at home. He doesn't ask questions or state his name. Friendly but doesn't seem to know how to answer a business call. I gave 2 stars for courtesy. Maybe next time, he will respond like I wasn't returning a missed call.
These guys are knowledgeable! Usually always has the parts i need
