If you need information or help or great customer service, Josh at NAPA Henderson, NV is the person to speak with. We picked up front brakes from him and then when we were changing the drivers side realized we had a cracked calliper. We were boondocking out by Boulder City and Josh was willing to speak to his manager to have his driver deliver them to us; however, we didn’t have an address to give him. In the end he told us to order online and we figured out to have UBER deliver for us. It worked perfectly. Josh even helped us sort through our CAA discount. Great customer service Josh!!

I do like the quality of parts from Napa as they are better then most stores. My complaint that put them at 2 stars was the manner in which my item was delivered in and the complete lack of customer service/ support that was given after I contacted Napas customer support. I was told the only way to deal with the issue was to call during the hours of either 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. can't recall which nevertheless there was no feel of sincerity or anything in the email. I have a big issue with the hours cause I work Monday through Friday and typically get to work at 6 in the morning and leave between 6 and 8 at night. This then means I will have to call while at work to try and deal with it that way. Unfortunately for me it's a bit inconvenient. Anyways keep in mind the item was delivered

We needed a specialty tool for one of our air conditioning jobs and these guys had it. They were very helpful and had us on our way quickly. Saved me from driving all the way across town👍

This place is a hard sell. They get no traffic due to an awkward out of the way location. Walked in and with zero customers nobody acknowledged me for a a couple minutes. They diligently assisted me with finding a product they “definitely” have in stock but they told me it was missing. I guess an entire case of antifreeze. Not sure, but I only check it out if their prices beat the three other auto parts stores in the immediate vicinity.

Ed went above and beyond to make sure I had the right part and next day pick up for a part I haven't been able to track down in my travels. Thank you Ed, John and the rest of the guys here at this Henderson location. You guys are awesome! Thank you for your time and effort in getting me the right part, on time.
